Availability

What days are you available for a tattoo? Can be specific days of the week and times, planned time off in the future, etc.

Budget

Type N/A if you do not have a budget. Keep in mind the final price of your tattoo may exceed your budget, though it's helpful to have an understanding of what parameters you may be working with ahead of time.

What is the tattoo you want? Subject, overall design, concept. Please include necessary details. You will be able to submit reference pictures further into the booking process.

Location & size

Where do you want your tattoo and what size? Please include location on the body and which side (left or right) as well as estimated length and width in inches.
